Mr. Macaddino brings a diverse
background to the practice of law.
Besides his long tenure as a practicing
attorney, in which he has focused his
practice on real estate land
acquisition, development, financing and
leasing, he has served as the president
of a very successful custom home builder
in Southeast Michigan. This practical
experience, coupled with legal skills
honed over 32 years, enables Mr.
Macaddino to offer his clients
exceptional value through his focused
problem solving approach to the complex
issues of real estate and corporate
transactions.
Mr. Macaddino is admitted to practice
law in Michigan and in the United States
District and Appellate Courts. He is a
Member of the State Bar of Michigan Real
Property Law Section and serves on the
Special Committee for Commercial Leasing
and the Commercial Real Estate
Development and Ownership Committee. He
recently chaired the Section’s
Groundbreakers seminar “Show Me the
Money – Non-Traditional Financing
Alternatives.” He has also been
appointed to the State Bar of Michigan’s
Professional Ethics Committee and the
Committee on the Unauthorized Practice
of Law. Mr. Macaddino has served as the
Chairman of the Oakland County Bar
Association Real Estate Law Section. He
has been a member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers since 2004.
