Jacqueline Schultz Bammert works hard to

to the ownership of intellectual
property acquired and developed
before and after the start of the
employment relationship;

non-disclosure, and non-competition
agreements, and advising clients how
best to protect their intellectual
property and other interests through
the use of such agreements
Jacqueline also utilizes her substantial
experience litigating on behalf of her
clients in both state and federal court.
Jacqueline comes to the Law Office of
Kevin S. Macaddino from a Corporate and
Civil Litigation Firm in Chicago where
she gained extensive experience handling
a wide range of transactional and
litigation matters for corporate
clients. As a member of the Illinois
Trial Lawyers Association, Jacqueline
tried and settled numerous cases
throughout the United States, and
obtained a permanent injunction and
$652,000 judgment in the Southern
District of New York for an
international securities firm in a case
of first-impression brought under the
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Jacqueline earned her law degree from
the Loyola University of Chicago School
of Law, where she graduated magna cum
laude in the top 10% of her class. Prior
to law school, Jacqueline received her
BA in English with a minor in Spanish
from the University of Michigan. As a
member of the Oakland County Bar
Association’s Inns of Court and a new
member of the Junior League of
Birmingham, Jacqueline is an active
member of the Oakland County Community.
